Blister Packaging
These are various types of pre-formed plastic packaging used for small consumer goods and food.
A cavity or pocket made from a formable web, usually a thermoformed plastic, is the primary component of a blister pack. This typically has a paperboard backing or a lidding seal.
Blister packs are useful for storing products for extended periods of time while protecting them from external factors such as humidity and contamination. Light-sensitive products are also shielded from UV rays by opaque blisters.
Pallet Wrap
A highly stretchable plastic film commonly made from Linear Low-Density Polyethene (LLDPE), wrapped around items – the elastic recovery keeps the products tightly bound.
We offer various sizes of pallet wrap depending on your needs.
Plastic Bags
We provide a wide range of plastic bags, including mailing bags, jiffy bags, printed bags, vacuum bags, bopp bags, and mini grip bags.
We recently purchased a plastic bag printing machine that can print up to six colors, on both LLDPE and BOPP.
Paper Bag Packaging
Due to the sheer increased tax on plastic bags, as well as the negative impact of plastic on the environment, we have begun to offer paper bags to our customers. We can currently make paper bags to a customer’s specifications, but we also keep a stock of various sizes and specifications on hand. Plain bags as well as high graphic litho printed bags are available.
Why paper bags?
Paper bags are not to blame for the destruction or damage of rain forest trees. Paper-making wood is grown as a “crop” in fully managed and sustainable forests, whereas rice and wheat are harvested annually. Paper trees are harvested every 18 to 20 years, demonstrating that sustainable forestry is both an environmentally friendly operation and a commercial necessity for the industry.
